To verify a claim for a missing visit, we will need information from either the guest check/receipt or credit/debit card.
Please wait 48 hours after you dine to submit a missing visit.
Claims must be submitted within 60 days from the actual visit date to receive credit, provided the transaction qualified.
If your visit occurred prior to your enrollment date, a credit will not be applied. Receive ONE qualified visit per day.
