How do I Join?

It is easy! You can join any time before you visit a Ford’s Garage or during your meal, before you pay your bill.

2) Download our Mobile App (available Late November)

How do I earn my reward?

Simply visit any participating Ford’s Garage location and give your server your phone number or Mobile App code before you pay your bill. You must spend at least $15 on food and beverage (excluding tax, tip and discounts) to earn a “qualified visit”.

What is a “Qualified Visit”?

When you spend at least $15 on food and beverage (after any discounts and/or applied coupons; excluding tax and tip), you will earn a “Qualified Visit”.

Gift card or merchandise purchases do not apply (food and beverage only). You may only earn one “qualified visit” per day.

How can I make sure I get credit?

Let your server know you are a Ford’s Garage MotorClub Member anytime before you pay your bill. You can do this by:

1) Telling your server your phone number.
or
2) Checking in on the Ford’s Garage mobile app (Coming soon) and giving your server your short code,

What are the different tiers?

We reward our loyal Ford’s Garage fans! We have 3 tiers of our Loyalty Program:

TIER 1: Roadster Club. Receive 25% OFF your bill every 4th visit.

TIER 2: Speedster Club. Receive 30% OFF your bill every 4th visit.

To become a SPEEDSTER, register 12 “qualified visits” during a calendar year (Jan – Dec) at any participating Ford’s Garage locations.

Your club status is valid for the time you have earned it through Dec 31st the following calendar year. In order to maintain your SPEEDSTER status, simply visit a Ford’s Garage 12 times each calendar year (Jan1-Dec 31st).

TIER 3: Hot Rod Club. Receive 35% OFF your bill every 4th visit.

To become a HOT ROD, register 24 “qualified visits” during a calendar year (Jan – Dec) at any participating Ford’s Garage locations.

Your club status is valid for the time you have earned it through Dec 31st the following calendar year. In order to maintain your HOT ROD status, simply visit a Ford’s Garage 24 times each calendar year (Jan1-Dec 31st).

Do my rewards expire?

Yes. A reward earned must be redeemed within 90 days of earning the reward. A “qualified visit” will expire in 24 months. You must have 3 “qualified visits” to earn a discount on your 4th visit.

What if I forgot to tell my server I am a Ford’s Garage MotorClub Member?

If you have a “qualified visit” not applied to your account, and have your receipt, Click Here to Submit a Missing Visit Only visits after you have enrolled into our rewards program will count. It may take up to 14 days to resolve your matter.

How can I access my rewards?

You can simply Log In To Your Motorclub Account, or download our Ford’s Garage App to track your rewards.

Can I combine discounts on my 4th visits?

We can only offer your loyalty discount when you redeem. No other discounts can be applied.

Can I save my discounts?

No, if you earn a discount it must be redeemed on your next visit (within 90 days).

Is there a limit on how much I can save on my 4th Visits?

Yes. There is a $50 maximum discount.

Can I earn a “Qualified Visit” on carryout?

Yes, as long as you inform the server or host of your MotorClub account prior to payment. Any 3rd party delivery orders will NOT count.

Do rewards have any cash value?

No, they cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

Can Ford’s Garage alter the MotorClub Program?

Yes, we reserve the right to alter/cancel any reward or program at any time without notice.

Can multiple MotorClub members receive a “Qualified Visit” at the same time?

No. Team members are not eligible for the MotorClub. They will however, continue to receive their team member discounts.

Where can I get help with a MotorClub account?

If you have any issues with the MotorClub, please email MotorClub @ FordsGarageUSA.com. Please allow 72 hours to respond (M-F) and up to 2 weeks for requests to adjust your account for missing check requests.
