Take a Roadtrip Through the Southwest With New Limited-edition Menu Items Available for Dine-in and Takeout

Now Through June 27, 2022 at All Ford’s Garage Locations.

“We know our guests are seeking new innovations and flavors. That is why we created these new limited-edition, food, and beverage items,” said Ford’s Garage corporate chef Jessica Tomlinson. “Inspired by the flavors, spices, and ingredients from the Southwest region, we invite our guests to take a flavor journey with us.”

Included on the menu are:

ROASTED POBLANO QUESO DIP
Roasted Poblano Peppers blended with White Cheddar Cheese, Topped with Pico de Gallo. Served with House-made Guacamole and Tortilla Chips.

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD
Mixed Greens tossed with Grilled, Chilled Sliced Chicken, Cheddar Cheese, Roasted Corn, Chipotle Ranch Dressing, Fresh Avocado, Pico de Gallo, and Crispy Tortilla Strips.

CHEESY CHORIZO BURGER
Half-Pound of Grilled Black Angus, Chorizo, Roasted Poblano Queso, Pico de Gallo and Chopped Romaine on a Brioche Bun. Served with Ford’s Fries.

SANTE FE CHICKEN
Grilled Chicken Breast Topped with Chorizo, Tillamook® Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Chipotle Ranch Drizzle and Crispy Tortilla Strips. Choice of Two Sides.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
Sweet Cream Cake Topped with Fresh Strawberries and Fresh House-made Whipped Cream.

THE GETAWAY
Blue Chair Bay® Rum, Pineapple Juice, Prickly Pear, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice and Garnished with Lemon.
